All donations made to Mahila Vikas Samiti are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable, educational, livelihood, environmental, and community welfare initiatives. Donations help us continue our mission of creating sustainable social impact.

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Donors are encouraged to carefully review all information before completing a donation transaction.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional situations, including:

• Duplicate donation transactions.
• Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake.
• Technical payment processing errors.
• Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor.

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original donation date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

To process a refund request, donors may be asked to provide:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Donation Amount
• Transaction Reference Number
• Payment Screenshot or Proof of Transaction

Each refund request will be reviewed individually. Mahila Vikas Samiti reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests after verification and assessment of the circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to reflect may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
